FCRAP

Not a great ranting subject, but it will have to do.

For those who might not know about Florida's GLORIOUS education system, we spend all year studying for a test that apparently tells us if we are smart enough. We spend all year learning, how to write an essay, how to write a persuasive. ALL FCAT.

Apparently, if we know what is on the FCAT we will know how to read literature and analyze Chaucer and Shakespeare and all that wonderful jazz. I cannot STAND the education system. "In order to pass the FCAT...." "If you want to pass the test...." Those quotes are all too common in school and during lessons, mostly in reading, of course. *huffs off*

My poor excuse for a writing. Kind of mad now, so I am typing a little awkward. Next entry will be better, promises~
